What is the purpose of using Stack Bands?

How do you attach Stack Bands to the machines?

You simply have to match up the weight stack pins with the dual pins of the stack bands. Place one set on top of the stack and the other towards the bottom of the stack. Finally place the machine pin at your desired weight and start lifting.

How do I adjust the resistance on Stack Bands?

You can adjust the resistance by stacking multiple bands together. The more bands you stack, the higher the resistance. You can also bring the bottom stack bands further up to reduce the resistance.
